I designed the user experience and interface for Premium Bank's internet banking platform, starting with user research and competitor analysis. I developed user flows and information architecture to improve usability, followed by creating wireframes and prototypes for testing. After approval, I designed a responsive interface aligned with the bank's branding and optimized for accessibility across devices. I conducted usability tests, refined the design based on feedback, and prepared documentation for a smooth handoff to developers. I collaborated closely with the development team to ensure design consistency, resulting in a secure, user-friendly experience for customers.
